compile idl wrong

Hi,when i compile an .idl using mico that idl.exe, it will take a long time
to complete or produce an error.
Could please anyone help to understand why this situation occured?

Hi,

This can have many reasons, all related to network problems. IDL tries
to bind to localhost in order to produce its output.
Possible reasons why you get this timeout or error:
- your network is wrong configured: make sure that you have the TCP/IP
stack installed on the machine
- deactivate (or correctly configure) any firewall product you have on
the machine

In the end, make sure your IDL is correctly written.
