I am trying to run the idl compiler on an HP-UX 11.31 server. It is
looking for a mico-cpp file that doesn't exist.
Here's what I typed an what was returned:

Idl MDataChannel.idl
Sh: mico-cpp: Not Found

I can't find any reference to this in the mico source. It's not in the
admin directory. I have all of the other mico-* files.
Can you provide any assistance.

Hello,

mico-cpp is a cpp which is directly bundled with the MICO source tree.
See mico/cpp subdirectory. Basically this is GNU cpp which is included
since some platforms probably provided buggy cpp in the past. So if you
install and build MICO correctly, you should have this program installed
alongside the idl, micod and others.

Cheers,
Karel
