Hi Karel

I have made some changes to my mico 2.3.13 source code to build some of the mico tests on windows.

The code isn't perfect yet and doesn't run the tests, but I thought it was a step forward.

I have only added makefile for some of the test folders - primarily the ones that were running and passing on redhat.

Hi Malcolm,

if you would like to share your changes with MICO community, that would
be great! If so, please send me for example tarball of your test
directory offlist and I'll review your changes and hopefully merge them
for next release.

Thanks,
Karel
