Why do I have to provide the IMR address twice?

Hi,

when accessing the implementation repository (IMR) from an
application I've to provide the IMR-address with "-ORBImplRepoAddr"
and "-ORBBindAddr". When writing only the first option into ".micorc"
bind() cannot locate micod(8).

Thanks Thomas

Hi Thomas,

could you be so kind and show the client side code you use to bind to
micod? IIRC -ORBBindAddr is necessary for successful bind calls, while
-ORBImplRepoAddr is necessary to get IMR ref from
resolve_initial_references call.

Cheers,
Karel
