Hey Guys

In the meantime I solved the problem myself by using the development version from 22.06.2010.
After installing this, all errors disappeared.
so in the end everything works fine =)

hi @ all

I'm new to this mailing list, in hope you can help me.

the current situation:

I have to code something for an university task.
This should be realized with RPC, so i decided to choose Mico-Corba.

in the end everything works fine, but one thing not.

I Have a Server with starting"-ORBIIOPAddr inet:......"
and a client connection via "inet:....."

on localhost everything works fine, even in private networks.

but if i try to connect via Internet (over IP-Adress or DNS) i get this really great message.

"uncaught MICO exception: IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0 (0, not-completed)"

but this happens only if a Server was startet. if there is no Server i get "no Object at...." like i want.

first i thougt this is a failure in my code. so i tested some demo from the mico-directory... same thing.

What could be a reason for this?
is it a missing parameter or something like this?

Chris.
(srry for my english, i'm german :D)
